ClearPath Finance provides a personal budgeting journal service designed to help users track income, expenses, and savings goals. ClearPath Finance reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
3. User Accounts

CLEARPATH FINANCE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLEARPATH FINANCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL CLEARPATH FINANCE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClearPath Finance, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, any content you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Boston, Massachusetts for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
ClearPath Finance reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post any changes to these Terms on the Service, and the revised Terms will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.
11. Termination
ClearPath Finance may terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Severability
